About me
Bri Brown is a bilingual educator and advocate with more than 10 years’ experience in the field of bilingual education. She currently serves as a Biliteracy Specialist at the Chicago Public Schools Office of Multilingual - Multicultural Education (OMME). There, she supports CPS teachers and administrators with Spanish Language Arts and biliteracy instruction through the implementation of the Skyline Artes de Languaje en Español (ALE) Curriculum. Bri earned her Bachelors of Arts degrees in International Studies and Spanish at DePaul University, and her multiple subjects and bilingual teaching credentials from Loyola Marymount University. She also has a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the Erikson Institute, with endorsements in Bilingual and Special Education, and English as a Second Language.
